Samimi bir atmosferde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kahvalt\u0131 program\u0131, gen\u00e7lerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve beklentilerinin do\u011frudan dinlendi\u011fi verimli bir bulu\u015fmaya sahne oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programda gen\u00e7lerle yak\u0131ndan ilgilenen Canbey, onlar\u0131n e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, kariyer hedefleri ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gelece\u011fine dair d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini dikkatle dinledi. Gen\u00e7lerin ortaya koydu\u011fu vizyon, azim ve heyecan\u0131n kendilerine b\u00fcy\u00fck bir motivasyon kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade eden Canbey, \u201cGen\u00e7lik varsa gelecek var, umut var\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle gen\u00e7lerin \u00f6nemine vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplant\u0131da ayr\u0131ca gen\u00e7lerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlar, talepleri ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri de ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 fikir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 programda, gen\u00e7lerin \u00fclke y\u00f6netiminde ve toplumsal geli\u015fimde \u00fcstlenece\u011fi rol\u00fcn alt\u0131 \u00e7izildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Mustafa Canbey, nazik ev sahipliklerinden dolay\u0131 Ankara Bal\u0131kesirliler Derne\u011fi y\u00f6netimine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek, gen\u00e7lere e\u011fitim hayatlar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131lar diledi.
